I am using the AFE58JD28 as a multi-channel acquisition chip, with a 40-Msps sampling clock and 14-bit resolution, and I am only using the P side. Now, after FFT, my ADC data shows an envelope near 0 Hz. How can I determine whether this envelope comes from the phase noise of the sampling clock or from 1/f noise? I tried changing the sampling clock source from the HMC7044 to a signal generator, but there was no significant improvement.
