请教关于ads1271测量负电压和测量时间的问题

1.请问ads1271能不能测量负电压，现在的电路ainn接的是地，ainp接的被测量模拟量，当ainp为正的时候数值正确，当ainp为负值时数值接近于0.

2.手册里的data rate 105496sps是什么概念？我在判断drdy信号前将一个io置高，当drdy信号拉低后，将该io拉低，该io口高电平持续接近3ms，是否意味着一次测量需要接近3ms？

附件是我的原理图和程序，目前测量正的模拟量数值没有问题
