ADS805电路是参照数据手册Fig5和Fig7设计的
采集电压范围0-5V,内部参考电压,采样频率20MHz
为测试电路的正确性,将Signal串1k电阻接GND,单片机采集的电压为0.3V
用万用表测各引脚的电压为:VCC=5.1V,Signal=0.3V,VREF=2.48V,REFT=3.72V,REFB=1.24V,CM=2.28V
请问,为什么会出现0.3V的偏差?
