看数据手册，SEN相当于一个片选引脚，低电平的时候，时钟和数据才有效。控制字写完的时候，你可以把他拉高，等再次写的时候把他拉低。也可以一直让他处于低电平状态。具体取决于你程序中的写法。

应该是写完才开始转换的。根据你配置的不同，每次转换的时间可以为125/105/80/65 MSPS。
