TVP5150 已经不推荐在新型设计中采用了, 可以替换的器件我也没有找到, 是否直接询问一下 TI 的代理商

是的，目前TVPxx系列的产品基本上都处于NRND状态。只有一款EP的产品TVP5150AM1-EP还处于active状态。
