请问，ADS1292系列VQFN封装的芯片，Thermal pad该如何处理？datasheet上没有注明如何处理该脚。
是否像常规的芯片一样进行处理？具体如下：
单电源供电下：
Thermal Pad接 GND
双电源下：
Thermal Pad接 AVSS
在TI的官网上下载sbau171D的文档看一下。
这里面有原理图和PCB可以参考一下
不好意思，刚手册未提起该如何处理该引脚。另外该评估板所用的封装也我提的封装不一致。

是的，对于ADS1292来说，thermal pad接GND提高散热。
