你的意思是指的单片机的clock给ADS1198时power已经起来，这样看起来需要同时上电，其实power up sequence里主要说明当主机的clock提供给ADS1198时，需要ADS1198的power上电稳定，如果单片机后上电，也同样需要单片机的电源上电到稳定后再提供clock，然后等tPOR时间给ADS1198的reset信号拉低。
