在做一个改版项目，之前用的8位LVT245 供电是3.3V的，发现输出信号幅度低于2.0V，现在想找一款供电兼容3.3V和5.0V的buffer，不知道有没有？
可以参考下SN74AHC245。供电电压范围为2V～5.5V。
另外，您提到的LVT245，如果是3.3V供电的话，Voh也不可能低于2V啊。但是如果您需要5V CMOS输入的话，这款不建议，因为这款是3.3V供电，但是兼容5V TTL输入，因为5V TTL和3.3V LVTTL门限电平一致。
查阅LVT245datasheet，Io=35mA，我信号的负载阻抗50Ω，Voh=35mA*50Ω=1.75V<2.0V
