datasheet中有提到，Single-shot conversion mode is provided for applications that require nonstandard or noncontinuous data rates. Issue a START command or toggle the START pin high to reset the digital filter, effectively dropping the data rate by a factor of four. 也就是说，如果当前您设置的data rate为500sps的话，single shot 模式，输出data rate为500/4=125sps. 所以您可以检查下配置寄存器DR的设置，设置的output data rate为多少。
