在使用ADS1178IPAP产品中出现采样异常,其中一路与多路采样异常,也有些是全部采样异常,重新焊接一芯片又能正常了,批号是;15CEHKT,请问这是什么原因,芯片都是合法渠道购买的
这款产品底部带PowerPAD，芯片是手工焊接还是机器焊接的？焊接时多注意底部PowerPAD与PCB板的接触，接触不好很可能出现工作不正常的情况。
建议将工作不正常的芯片（确认没烧坏）取下重新在底部加上焊锡，用风枪吹上去试试。
