您好！请问ADS7864在上电后，控制信号的时序都是正确的，工作电源也是正常的，可是busy信号的输出就是时有时没有，有的时候是上电后刚开始有，很快就没有了，有的时候是上电就没有，请问可能是哪里的问题导致出现这样的情况？谢谢

建议你先检查一下，你上电后Pin22 （CLOCK）是否有稳定的时钟输入？ 然后等ADC的电源稳定（上电后），先RESET一下。
