不知道你处所指的电平转换是否需要双向电平转换而且速度需要快到多少？
我现在准备采用TTL 至 CMOS 或 CMOS 至 CMOS 转换的 CMOS 六路电压电平转换器CD4504BE，我们的使用条件是：
1、输入电压0—15V，频率为2.85K
2、VCC=15V
3、VDD=5V
不知能否满足我们的使用？
另外附件所示的测量数据，没有给出当VIN=0-15V，VCC未知VDD=5V和10V的情况下，CD4504BE输出电压的情况？
