FDC1004测量电容，基准变化测量数据有误差

本人在近期用FDC1004做了一个单端电容测量；测量范围是10-70pF；由于测量范围大，需要将偏置基准不停转换。但是发现基准在8*3.125pF与9*3.125pF测量同一电容值时，发生测量数据严重不符。同样问题在基准16*3.125pf与17*3.125pf也存在--------但是在其它基准点就不会出现这个现象。请问是否有人遇到这个问题？
