关于ADS8322Y的数据测量问题

由于研究国外的机器，需要获得采集的数据。模拟信号采集方案使用的是ADS8322Y，控制方式是使用D0~D7低八位，通过BYTE来控制输出低八位或高八位的数据。现在直接将D0~D7的信号使用导线引出，连接至逻辑分析仪或示波器，均显示该ADC D0~D7的数据输出为高电平，但机器工作正常并能采集到数据，请问这可能是什么问题？是否跟测量方法有关？
