电路原理图如图1所示：利用U3的输出信号经过RC延时后进行对自己复位，从Q信号开始到其延时至U3第15引脚起作用的时间为RST时间，正常情况下为10us左右，但故障器件使用Q3进行工作时出现RST信号有缺失的情况，有时有有时没有，请帮忙分析原因？
