TI的ADS1298芯片有过什么认证么，各种相关的认证都可以。
还有这方面信息如何查询。

不知道你需要的是哪方面认证？TI出产的芯片都经过严格的高低温、ESD及其他各方面环境测试筛选，保证其性能与数据表一致。T

一般芯片的常规的认证都通过的。估计你指的是医疗或者别的认证
TI 芯片有qualification report 里面包括Jedec规定的stress test list, thanks.
一般在芯片datasheet 第一页Features有描述通过了哪些认证，比如后缀带Q1的产品，表示是汽车等级，通过AEC-Q100认证，或者ESD等都是在Feature中有描述。
一般是需要研发出成品之后再过医疗认证，常规的芯片认证在出厂前都已过！
