不好意思，图上写的是9V，标错了，应该是正负12V，我量了正负电源，分别是+12.7V和-12.7V，2脚和3脚的电压是9.994V

我又根据说明书的要求，在5脚和4脚直接加了10K的电位器，用来调整gain，但是最大值的调整范围很小，只能最大调到9.7V，仍然到不了10V

followed: VSS (device substrate) first, then VDD followed by VCC. In addition, each supply must reach the values specified
in the Electrical Characteristics table (see page 3) within 100ms of its ramp start.
