ads9224只有一个写数据的时序图，写时序逻辑是先将convst拉高，cs拉低，再输入16bit的sdi数据，但是配置refby2_offset时电压没有提高100mv基本没变，还发现当ads9224没工作时refby2的输出为2.4左右，工作时寄存器输出为2.0左右不知道为什么。
