ADS131M08中的标称参考电压1.2V, 我们希望单极性模拟量输入达到3V，就是说能把3V电压转化成数字量。如果接入3V参考电压，会有什么结果？
Absolute Maximum Ratings(1)中提到：
Reference input voltage 最大为AVDD + 0.3V   ，就算AVDD是3V, 参考电压也可以为3.3V以内。

    ADS131M08的VREFIN （Reference input voltage）范围是1.1 ~ 1.3V；Absolute Maximum Ratings表格中的值是芯片不被损坏的参数，使用时需满足Recommended Operating Conditions表格中的参数，这样其性能才能保证在数据手册所列出范围内
    ADS131M08的差分输入电压VIN = VAINxP - VAINxN，其范围为–VREF / Gain ~ VREF / Gain，即使GAIN设置为1，其差分电压范围VIN也达不到3V
