ADS8339的REFIN输入了4.096V，VA脚电源供电为5V，VBD脚电源供电为3.3V，然后测试发现输入0-2.048V的AD转换为0-0xFFFF,2.048-4.096V的AD转换值也是从0-0xFFFF，测试发现IN+输入0.44V的AD值读取为14000多点，IN+输入2.5V的AD值也为14000多点，IN-接地。现在不知道问题出在哪里，请TI的工程师帮忙回复下，之前看到别人的帖子也有这个问题，我想问下是哪里的问题。
