例如Agilent的示波器内的高速40GSps的ADC是何种类型的，谢谢！
SAR ADC最高就能到几M了,然后是pipeline, 上G的一般都是Flash ADC.目前LM97600能到5Gsps
安捷论的不是很清楚
Agilent的示波器内的高速40GSps 的ADC是安捷仑专门为自己的高速示波器所设计生产的。一般不采用硅工艺。属于安捷仑的特有技术。这种芯片一般在市场买不到。
安捷伦的很多超高速ADC是用高速ADC采样交织采样得到的
