ads1110配置寄存器为0x0C采集大于2.048v编码为32512，小于23mv编码为0，将v+和v-和gnd接一起采样出来编码为ff00。在10mv时配置寄存器改成0x0D，可以采集到数据，编码也是256。请问这是什么原因导致的，还是说芯片已经损坏了。
