DAC60508: DAC60508ZRTET Internal Reference Voltage is 2.38V

Part Number: DAC60508


1. Use DAC60508ZRTET to output 0~5V, circuit as the pucture.

2. Internal reference 2.5V by default, DMM measure 2.5V(About 2.496V) on PIN1(REF) of some chips, but others is 2.38V.

3. Change C903(1uF) to 470nF or 2.2uF, voltage not change on PIN1(also 2.38V)

Could you help me analyze this issue? Is it circuit issue or chip issue?

    这部分电路没看出有什么问题，Internal Reference Voltage上电后没有进行其他操作直接测量就是2.38V吗？测量时DAC60508的VDD 和VIO供电电压正常吗？异常板和正常板是一样的原理图和PCB设计吗？异常板和正常板您做过交叉验证吗，结果是怎样的？另外，请确认所使用芯片最终进货来源为TI

    Hi，

    回复如下：

    1. Internal REF上电后直接测试就是2.38V

    2. VDD和VIO供电正常，异常IC和正常IC供电电压一致

    3. 异常IC和正常IC为同样的SCH和PCB，同一批次的电路板

    4. 交叉验证后，REF电压不准与IC有关

    5. IC来源为TI，订单编号是T01588225
