24bitADC参数测试中，24bitADC的输入信号如何给予呢？

您这里指的是什么参数测试呢？
需要对24ADC的静态参数比如INL,DNL,Gain_error，还有一些动态参数比如SNR等。我认为输入信号应该需要比24bit信号高才可以，可是24bit的高精度输入模拟信号应该怎么提供呢？感谢您的回复，深表感谢！
