需要采集变压器两端电压，输入为交流380V/220V/110V，输出为输入至0V，请推荐合适的AD转换芯片

这么高的电压，还是先隔离一下吧。
A/D输入电压范围较小，一般2Vpp以内，对于大电压或小电压信号，均需采用信号调理电路，将原信号调理到合适的电压范围进行采样；
先用AMC1200隔离一下吧。安全
