建议您使用示波器查看主控端的SPI输出波形，以判断电平是否与ADC兼容、SPI时序是否正确，在 ADS1256 datasheet Figure1有SPI 时序波形，在Figure 34.和Figure 35有读写寄存器时序波形。
不知道您的问题解决了没有，建议用示波器查看输出波形这样方便分析时序控制，下面链接有 ADS1256 example code，不知道是否对您有用：
