I recently purchased a TSW14J56EVM eval board and was trying to set it up to test a ADCevm. I installed the High Speed Data Converter Pro (HSDC Pro) software to communicate with the board and followed the user guides for both the TSW14J56EVM and HSDC Pro. After first booting up the board and software I tried to download firmware onto the board and was met with this error (See Attached). How do I go about fixing this? Thank you.

I use ads54j64evm and TSW14J56EVM. Now My OS is win10.

Hello，

Can you verify the 5V supply connected to the TSW14J56EVM can provide at least 4A of current?

Try the following steps:

Uninstall HSDC Pro.
Restart the PC.
Install HSDC Pro using the link mentioned below.
Make sure no other applications are running and Run HSDC Pro. Try to capture Data.
If still the issue retains, uninstall LabVIEW 2014 run time engine and reinstall it using the link mentioned below.

I can see my TSW14J56EVM version is E, but HSDC Pro detect my card version is d, it's the normal scenario? Thanks

There is no affect, Rev E had more vias placed under the USB connector to provide more mounting strength. Since the change was so minor, we did not make the change to the enumeration of the USB EEPROM, so HSDC Pro GUI still recognizes this as a REv D board. That is the only difference. The board should work just fine.

Have you verified the 5V supply connected to the TSW14J56EVM can provide at least 4A of current? If not, please change another power supply which could provide 4A current at least to try again.

Yes, I use HMC8042 power supply, its maximum current output is 5A, I try to use this cable and clamp TSW14J56EVM power cable which your company gave. But 1097 alarm still occur.
