在用DAC8568时，外部2.5V基准电压，上电后输出电压最小为3mV是正常的吗，可否从0mV开始调节？

正常的，它有个Zero-code error，最大是4mV，3mV在这个范围内，因此是正常的。
是否从0mV输出是由每个器件的输出运放失调决定的，不可以调节。
