最近我用到ADS1282开发一款新产品，它是一款31bit的AD，但是我调试后只能做到21，22位的样子（采样速率为250SPS），不知道是芯片本身只能达到这性能，还是我设计上存有问题？？急盼答复，谢谢...
该器件的信噪比130dB@250sps，根据SNR = 6.02N+1.76计算，该数据速率情况下，理想的分辨率的确是21~22Bit的样子，就是说的测试结果与器件性能非常吻合。
