内部参考温漂有50ppm，还算比较大。
建议高精度的用外部的，你可以参考Ti的REF50xx系列，温漂在3ppm。
最好选择与信号源温漂相差不大的外部REF芯片，这样两者若漂移量成线性或近似线性，则可降低误差
我现在选择内部参考电压，用万用表量VREFP管脚是3.4V，量VREFN管脚是2.6V, VREF是0.8V，通过FPGA的I/O把REFEN拉低，PD拉高，我不明白为什么参考电压不对，是什么问题？
