在晶体的pin上无波形。进行如下的测量：

 

1、  测量电源pin的电压都正确；

2、  测量Pin7的电压为0.97V。（注：规格书上未说明）

3、  测量Pin9的电压为0.7V。（注：同上）

4、  测量Pin37和Pin38的电压为0.65和0.5V，且无波形；

5、  测量pin30上无波形；
