采用ADS1118测量热电耦中的温度电压对照表

采用ADS1118做一个热电耦温度传感器的设计。其中设计中参考了ADS1118应用文档中的设计方案,即将ADS1118直接接热电耦进行测量,采用ADS1118内部温度传感器测量温度用于冷端补偿。现在在写软件,碰到一点问题。ADS1118应用文档SBAA189中提到热电耦温度、电压对照表如果采用8组数据的话转换数据误差在一度内,标中数据如果为16或者32组误差就很小了,文中也列出了8组温度、电压表的数据,我看了下该数据应该是比较科学选取的,例如72.61度,144.12度等,都是比较特殊的,我想这些数据可能从数据曲线拐点考虑选取的,这样更科学些,不过没有看到16组和32组数据的对照表,可否分享下热点耦16组,32组数据对照表。十分感谢!
