会不会有noise干扰呢？
基准电压是通过什么提供的呢？输入端是直接接还是通过buffer呢？
问题已经解决了，是进AD之前没有加电压跟随，阻抗不匹配，导致采样速度高时外部基准内阻分走一部分电压导致的。
