请问Noise-Free 的含义是什么？或者说是在一个什么测试条件下得到的？
第一个，计算公式是手册12页有说明，ENOB的计算公式中的噪声有效值用峰峰值代替。
第二个，测试条件除了温度，供电电压，以及表格中的PGA，采样速率等内容外，基本方法就是输入一个纯净直流电压，多次测量。从测量的数据中得到有效值和峰峰值。
具体含义就是描述测量精度的一个数字，描述你测量值和真实值之间的可能误差范围。
