TLK2201的数据端口对应不齐

这个片子我选择的是unframed模式，输入的端口0-9的数据不一定是对应在输出端口0-9输出。而是在上电后，输入输出端口0-9是随机循环对应的。即有可能输入端9-0对应输出端0,9-1；或输入端9-0对应输出端1-0,9-2等等。我想问下，这种情况是不是正常的。下图是我这个片子的管脚连接图。
