ADC12D1800RF地的数字地模拟地问题

看TI的开发板:ADC12D1800RFRB，这个开发板的主芯片地只有一个，数字地和模拟地并没有非开，我想把这颗芯片的数字地模拟地分开画，但是芯片资料上有4个地：GND/ GND TC  /  GND DR / GND E，哪些应该连到数字地上，哪些应该连接到模拟地上？
