您这里提示显示，您安装的Plabs Toolkit已经安装了，所以安装要退出。
建议您在控制面板里看下，是否已经安装，在控制面板里删除再重新安装试试。
我这边安装下来 很顺利， 中间需要安装2016 labview engine。没有遇到报错现象，您再试试。
