ADS1274开发板和ADCPro连接问题

TI工程师&各位专家：

我在用ADCPro软件连接ADS1x7xEVM（我的是ads1274）开发模块时，连好电源线和USB线后加载1274evm plugin，软件显示一直停留在"DSP not ready...retrying"阶段，reset也没用。请问是什么原因？应该怎样解决？

    非常谢谢你的回答。

    我重装ADCPro时根据“ADCPro Hardware and Software Installation Manual.pdf”发现正常的安装过程应是先首次点击ads1274 plug-in，然后电脑应该会安装USBStyx driver，过程如下图

    我无法等到电脑安装USBStyx driver，一直显示"DSP not ready...Retrying"，超时后会显示无法读EEPROM，如下图。是否意味着我的EEPROM是坏的？

    换台电脑试一下，新板子EEPROM没那么容易坏的。

    我回来后马上按两个帖子试了下，仍未解决。

    我的系统是win7 32位，装的ADCPro软件如下，换电脑重装还是老样子。

    按第二个帖子更改adcpro_evm.ini后，状态栏仍停留在"DSP not ready...Retrying"，不过超时后提示的是"EVM/HW Incompatible"，我在你们美国的论坛TI E2E上搜方法，其中有一篇http://e2e.ti.com/support/data_converters/precision_data_converters/f/73/p/228099/1172087.aspx#1172087提到了完全一样的问题， Greg Hupp给出了一个Verified Answer，实际上就是第二个帖子的办法，对我无效。不过帖子里提到这个不太像是驱动的问题，可能就是eeprom程序不对。想请教下这个eeprom在MMB母板上还是evm上？起什么作用呢？TI E2E上碰到这个问题的貌似还不少，正在搜寻中。。。
