看文档的时候，说FS为正负4.08V之类，请问能采负电压吗？

是可以的，注意差分信号电压差值不要超过datasheet范围就没有问题。
可以采正负差分电压，低于0V的电压有数据但是没有准确度。
为什么“低于0V的电压有数据但是没有准确度”？？
只要在满程输入范围内，采集都是一样的啊
差分电压是指输入两个引脚之间的相对电压，可以正，也可以负。
我指的低于0V的电压是低于地电平的负电压。
datasheet第三页 ：
Analog input voltage:
AINP or AINN to GND: (GND VDD V)
