各位大侠，请给看看cd4013的使用，我困惑的是上电后，8脚不接，为啥Q13输出为正
输出是不定的，可能为1，也可能为0
感谢您的答复，但是这个电路输出13脚，肯定为高电平，我就是想知道为什么，请指教。
