尚未有直接能测量电容的单芯片解决方案；
常见的电容测量有充电法，谐振法，电桥法等，TI 有一系列的运放，ADC 可以用于这几种测量方式中。
建议结合测量精度，测量范围要求选择合适的测量方法后，再具体考虑怎么实现！
