AFE4490的DIAGNOSTICS的配置问题

我设计了一块电路板，目前在调试。SPI通信正常，但是没有完全理解DIAGNOSTICS module。

上图中，gnd wires,pd wires, led wires分别是什么意思，我读取0x30地址的寄存器得到数据为0x000009，根据手册的意思是INN短接到地上了，INP接到led cable了，这个问题的原因是什么？
