现在测试ADS1251，测量只有13BIT ,和标称的24BIT差距太大了。。。不确定是IC本身的问题还是我电路的问题，还是其他原因造成 ？已经查了3,4天，也没查到原因。附上原理图

 clk_1174: 3.072MHz

 dc_sclk: 500kHz

当前测试环境：AD前端R54  R58断开，C29连接到地，AD的1脚输入直流电压，参考电压及输入电压波动在10uv内，实际ad的6V量程跳动0.3mv。

ADS1251供电的模拟电源和数字电源纹波都很小，在10mV以内。
