现有如下问题
1、如果SPI时钟不能保证数据在tdr内完全传出，那么这是从SPI口出的数据是否都为0
2、tdr之前问过，ti专家说就是采样周期。如果是这样，那么我设定ADS1298采样率为250sps，这样SPI时钟大约为60k就够了，但此时如果SPI的时钟少于110k，从sPI口输出的数据还是0，这是为什么。 确定设置采样率的寄存器已经成功写入0x46
