对应的是0.7*DVDD ~ DVDD+0.3V之间电平的时间。
如果时钟信号的tHigh时间小于20ns，会怎样? 应该也会有数据输出吧，会输出什么样的数据？
很抱歉，这种情况我们没有实验数据。建议您按照 datasheet 要求提供相应规格的时钟，这样才能保证设备的电气特性且长期可靠的运行。
