请问为什么有的ADC采集板PCB设计中TOP层和BOTTOM层要填充GND网络铜皮，而有的就不用填充。 请问有没有关于此方面的设计案例和参考资料

我没有看到具体的原理图和PCB layout 我不能具体说是什么原因。一般来说，如果是多层板有专门的地层，就不需要铺铜皮；如果PCB板元件比较密集，一般也不铺铜皮，因为铺不了较完整的铜皮，铜皮铺的支离破碎都是孤岛效果不如不铺。而有些电路板上有发热器件或ADC工作速率比较高，铺铜可以增加散热；有些信号比较敏感，可以铺铜包地处理，增加抗干扰能力
