8388608 换算十六进制数是0x80 0000是负的满量程，您测试通道 反向输入端接的是什么信号？或者您可以附上原理图吗？
内部测试信号正常说明不是ADC转换的问题，是外部接入信号的问题。
您是ECG应用吗？您是否使用了RLD？相关寄存器配置是怎样的？
