有关LDC1000 CFB引脚测量波形问题

TI工程师您好，如上图，这是我司设计的ldc1000的demo的CFB引脚的测量波形，与数据手册的有规律的CFB引脚波形相差甚远，我想请问这种波形是否正常，如果不正常应该如何改良？（demo能正常使用，多种数据可以读出，滤波电容10pf，采用外部pwm波做激励3Mhz；线圈20mm，61.8uH）。谢谢您的阅读，还请您不吝赐教！
