AFE4950EVM: 3-channel PPG cannot have similar waveform especially for the dicrotic notch

I am using 4950 EVM, but the dicrotic notch are mirror between red waveform and IR waveform. How can I adjust registers to have the similar 3-channel PPG waveform. Those screenshots include ECG&GREEN PPG, RED PPG&IR PPG and PPG Phase Definition (AFE4950_Register_Generation_v2.1).
