DRDY引脚在START引脚拉高之前就一直是3.3v的高电平，请问这正常吗？
AVDD=2.5V，AVSS=-2.5V，DVDD=3.3V。
其中VCAP1=-1.3V，VCAP2 = 0V，VCAP3 = 1.67V。
想采用内部参考，但是不能写入寄存器，不能将PD_REFBUF置为1。所以VREFP=VREFN= -2.5V。

VCAP电压是参考AVSS的电压值。数据手册“Figure 67. Initial Flow at Power Up”中要求 VCAP1大于1.1V。
